DEPLOYMENT/TRANSPORTATION:
Housing units are transported “flat packed” thus increasing speed and cost effectiveness in delivery to disaster zones; can be stored indoors or outside and stationed contiguous to areas of potential disaster.
DURABILITY:
20 year life expectancy on materials; can be quickly disassembled and stored for future use.

“Modular” system allows satisfaction of all usage requirements including group living environments, family units and individuals with special access needs.
WIND RESISTANCE:
With suggested engineering support with erection, capable of withstanding 135 mph winds (Category 3 Hurricanes) as standard and 145 mph winds when accessorized.
COST EFFECTIVENESS:
Heston Housing can be provided, in accordance with the Stafford Act, at a price less expensive than the “The FEMA Trailer”

Prefabricated Buildings Made Up of Steel Structural Work
Heston Group capabilities include the design and commissioning of customized prefabricated structures made up of steel structural work so as to meet customers’ requirements when the dimensional constraint of the container is a limitation. The fixed prefabricated structure, which is more versatile, allows realization of workshops, gymnasiums, meeting rooms, cinemas and clubs, even built on several floors that can receive a lot of people. This type of building is more suitable than modules to satisfy needs of permanent dwelling.
